Breast massage for breast enhancement and enlargement
Breast massage does two things to stimulate growth. One benefit of massage is increased circulation. Since phytoestrogens travel through the bloodstream, the more blood you have flowing to your breasts, the easier it is for your breast receptors to pick up what they need in order to grow. Another benefit of massage is prolactin production. This important breast-enlarging hormone is triggered by regular stimulation of the breasts and nipples.
It is suggested that breast massage be performed up to three times a week for 2–5 minutes to stimulate hormone secretion from the breasts and ovaries and to prevent toxic build up in the lymph and breast tissue as well. Apply massage oil. You can purchase these at a health salon or at your local health food shop. This is also a good time to use your Naturaful cream. Use only a light pressure on the breasts when applying the oil and for massage, as excessive pressure will cause pain and discomfort. You only need the lightest movement, using the palms or flat of the fingertips to flush toxins away from the breast area through the lymphatic system. Cup the breasts with your hands and use a light circular motion over the whole of the breast. You can also massage the underneath of the armpit to promote circulation. Gently knead the breasts with your hands using a lifting and pressing action. Avoid wearing a bra when you can, such as at home or when asleep. Take out the metal wiring in those push-up bras (if you can do without them), as they can be damaging to the delicate tissue of the breasts and to proper circulation.
Breast Massage Technique:
Step 1:
Start by rubbing your hands together for 4-5 mins to generate heat, or use a hot damp compress on your breasts to open up the pores. To use a hot compress wet a small towel in hot water and press it gently over your breasts. Make sure the heat from the towel is at a comfortable temperature, please do not burn yourself.
Step 2:
Apply a small amount of Naturaful breast enhancement cream to each breast. Use enough cream to cover the entire breast area (this will differ from person to person).
Step 3:
Cup a hand over each breast. Your right hand goes over your right breast and your left hand goes over your left breast. Spread your fingers out so that your breasts are fully cupped and supported by your hands. But let your nipples peek out through your fingers so that you are not stimulating them too much during the massage.
Step 4:
Begin to move your hands in a circular motion in an inward direction. Move you hands in a full circle, starting from in between your breasts down around the bottom of your breasts – to the sides of your breasts – upward from the sides – across the top towards the middle (in between the breasts).
Massage for 10 minutes. Make sure you are pressing slightly on your breast as you massage and try to avoid rubbing the nipple area as much as possible.
Massaging your breasts twice a day over a period of time, generates constant blood flow in your breast area. This helps with breast enhancement and enlargement. Remember, that your breasts may feel tender, itchy or a little sore after this massage.
